Hi, I was hoping this email would reach the owner of this company. I purchased memorial cards for my grandmother from your website. I had a small query and when I phoned the lady was more than helpful. She then passed me on to Vicky who was also so lovely and answered my questions. I then received emails to say they had been dispatched, the service was so quick! (I am a big online shopper and have never received service like this). Then that evening I realised that there was a mistake in my order (my fault), yesterday I phoned and spoke to Peter. This man was so nice, caring and talked through the entire card with me to ensure all was completed to perfection. He was so helpful and posted the updated version the same day.
